At present, Jiangsu has a total of 7 cases selected as typical cases of cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in transportation and logistics nationwide, ranking first in the country in terms of quantity.
Lianyungang: "One order system" to improve comprehensive transportation efficiency

In the first half of 2024, 1358 TEUs of railway box sewer mode will be sent.
Promote the interconnection and sharing of multimodal transport information. Lianyungang Port Group is actively building a "one order system" comprehensive logistics information platform, which realizes order management and business settlement, quotation release, and intermodal bill generation functions. Establish an information channel with the inland port of Xuzhou to achieve the interconnection and sharing of logistics business information, and provide full transportation chain logistics information services such as booking, ordering, and settlement for customers in both places. Promote the joint construction of open platforms for Xuzhou Land Port and Lianyungang Port, and promote regional linkage and integrated customs clearance.
Improve the quality and efficiency of the "one order system" channel operation. Lianyungang Port Group actively integrates port resources, promotes the construction of inland container terminal projects, and encourages Lianyungang Shipping Company to set up container return points in the inland, providing one-stop services such as booking and port operations, achieving the pre shipment of some sea freight empty containers at Xuzhou Land Port and Hefei Land Port, reducing the cost of empty container transportation by about 15%.
